Privacy and Texting

Privacy notice

We collect your name, contact details, vehicle details and repair history so we can repair your car, keep its service record, send you updates and reminders, and meet legal and tax record-keeping rules. We store this in our shop management and messaging systems. We do not sell your information. We share it only with parts suppliers, warranty companies, payment processors and sublet shops when they need it to complete your job, or when the law requires it. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not kept on paper. You can ask to see or correct your information, or stop marketing messages at any time.

Text messages

When you book, check in or contact us, we text you about your vehicle: appointment confirmations, estimates, updates and when it’s ready. We send service reminders and offers only if you have agreed to them in writing (for example, by ticking the box at check-in); no more than about 4 marketing messages a month. Agreeing is never a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. We only text between 8 AM and 8 PM.

Email

We email invoices, and reminders or offers only if you agreed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
