S2Dynamics warrants to the original user and consumer (“consumer” or “you”) that any goods supplied by S2Dynamics shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (2) years or twenty four thousand (24,000) miles from the date of purchase by the original consumer.
This EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY does not apply where there has been a failure of the goods due to alteration, repair subsequent to the purchase, misuse, improper installation, neglect or accident. Electrical and Aftermarket Performance components/parts are excluded from this EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY and cannot be returned once they have been installed. Such components are subject only to their respective manufacturer’s warranties (if applicable).
If you believe you have received defective goods or sub-standard services from S2Dynamics, you must immediately notify S2Dynamics of why you believe the goods or services are faulty. S2Dynamics will either request you return the defective goods or bring the vehicle in for inspection, or S2Dynamics will rely upon the information you have provided (either via phone or with photographs) to determine whether the goods or services are in fact faulty. If any goods are proven to be defective, then S2Dynamics, at its sole option, will choose to repair or replace the defective goods, or issue the customer a credit toward the purchase of goods from S2Dynamics in the future. The customer is responsible for any and all transportation or shipping and handling costs associated with the inspection, repair or replacement of defective goods. Should the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the goods sold to you by S2Dynamics contain terms and conditions more favorable than this EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, you agree that the manufacturer’s warranty, and not S2Dynamics EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, shall be your sole and exclusive solution and you will no longer hold S2Dynamics liable for any and all actions.
Except as provided in this EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, S2Dynamics makes NO other EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES of any kind, whether as to MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If any of S2Dynamics sales staff and/or representatives has made any verbal statements about the goods, these statements do not constitute warranties and are not part of the S2Dynamics EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
In the case of products that have been labeled by their manufacturer as being “For Off Road Use Only” this EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY does not apply and such parts are not covered. Defects or premature failures of products labeled “Off Road Use Only” are not covered by this warranty or S2Dynamics and are subject only to their manufacturer’s warranty (if any).
S2Dynamics shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages you allege may have occurred as a result of use of goods from S2Dynamics. This exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential damages includes but is not limited to, claims for lost profits, any costs or expenses for labor, transportation or other expenses incurred by the use or sale of said defective goods. This EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
S2Dynamics reserves the right to modify or otherwise make changes to the EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY at any time, without notice.

To achieve that, s2Dynamics offers an original customer warranty, stating that all goods that are supplied by s2Dynamics will be free from any material defects, or faults in workmanship, under normal use and service. We offer a two-year or 24 thousand miles warranty from the date of purchase by the original customer. It should be noted by the customer that this Express Limited Warranty shall not apply in instances where there have been any failure to the goods due to repairing that’s been done subsequent to the purchase, or due to alteration, misuse, negligence, improper installation or accident.
It should also be noted that all electronics and aftermarket performance components have been excluded from the Express Limited Warranty, and will not be accepted if returned once the aftermarket performance components / parts have been installed in the vehicle. These components are only subject to the warranty of their respective manufacturers, where applicable. If the customer believes that they have received a vehicle part that’s defected, or have received sub-standard services at the Rockville BMW service center, they must notify s2Dynamics immediately, and give a reason why they believe the goods / parts or the services were faulty. After the request has been received, s2Dynamics will either request the customer to return the defected goods, or to bring in their vehicle for inspection; they may also rely upon the information of the customer that’s been provided via photographs, email, or the phone, to find out whether or not the goods / parts, or services that were provided were indeed faulty.
Once the goods / parts or services have been proven to be defected, s2Dynamics, at their discretion, will choose to either repair, or replace the defected goods, or issue the customer a credit towards the purchase of the goods / parts from the company in future. It is the customer’s responsibility for any and all transportation, shipping and handling costs that are associated with the inspection, repair, or replacement of the defected goods / parts.
In case the warranty that’s been provided by the manufacturer of the goods/ parts sold to you by s2Dynamics contains terms that are considered to be more favorable than those laid out in the Express Limited Warranty, the customer must agree that the manufacturer’s warranty, and not the warranty of s2Dynamics, shall be their sole and exclusive solution, and they shall not hold s2Dynamics responsible or liable for any and all actions.
Except as offered in the Express Limited Warranty, s2Dynamics makes NO other implied warranties of any kind pertaining to merchantability or the fitness of a particular purpose. However, if any s2Dynamics sales staff or representatives has made a verbal statement regarding the goods, then that statement(s) shall not be constituted as a warranty, and is not to be considered as part of s2Dynamics Express Limited Warranty.
The Express Limited Warranty does not apply to products that have been labelled by the manufacturer as, “For Off Road Use Only” and shall not be included in the Express Limited Warranty. Any defects or premature failure of the products that are labelled as “For Off Road Use Only” by their respective manufacturers, shall not be covered under this warranty or s2Dynamics, and are subject only to the warranty of their respective manufacturers.
